To provoke or not to provoke?
I often wonder if I'm stepping out on a limb when I provoke. However, I get my best audio evidence when I do provoke. The TAPS crew use this method, but I've been criticised for doing so. So please......share with me your thoughts on this process.

Well Wayne im the same as you on this one mate,i would'nt criticise you on doing so,there are far to many paranormal groups on television that seem to stop when activaty starts to get high,maybe it keeps the watch ratings up i dont know, i watch TAPS over here in the UK and your right they do go the extra mile when things start to happen they keep going. So in my opinion keep it up.(provoke i mean lol)

I would provoke also.Remember that anger translates to energy--what do spirits need? Energy.I think that makes sense--they could be in a sort of inanimate state and the energy of a raised voice could be all it takes for them to be able to communicate.If you notice, not all replies to a provoked response are angry EVP's.

I agree with you on that one pghpatt....I actually got somewhat of a confession once which I found pretty cool. Mike from CJPRGroup is actually the one who dug it out for me, but it was awsome!

I just bought a digital recorder and am doing EVP's in my place.My neighbor and myself seem to have a 'guest' lately--slamming doors,lights flickering,etc..I live in a duplex so what happens next door is traversing to my place also.Hopefully I can catch something!

I also provoke when you know something is their and it seems like they are playing with you but you cant seem to get a responce then i provoke. to me it put's the ball in there court so they try harder to contact you or scare you away what ever they feel. And sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.

Halloween 2009
My favorite time of year is here. Autumn is so beautiful, with the trees changing to various shades of yellow, orange, and red. Autumn also holds my favorite holiday... Halloween.

Chicago Vacation 2009
If it is true that when you die your life flashes past, I want to stop at this fantastic vacation I had with 3 of my sons and relive it over in my mind as long as possible!
As our children grow up, it gets harder and harder to be able to spend any length of time with them because they are so busy with their adult lives. The Visitor.....
Recently my husband had to have surgery. I was waiting in his room for him to come from Recovery. This was about noon to 1 p.m.....the door to the room was barely ajar.
