My friends Elizabeth and Joe and I have called it quits for the day - enough renovation work. Joe is sitting on the couch in the Family room. I'm standing about 5-feet away and Elizabeth is next to me. She asks, "Can you smell it?" and I ask, "smell what?". Elizabeth states, "flowers, like lilies". The Trip West
I live in Brooklyn, NY – the Big Apple and have for nearly 25 years. I need to move. It’s been a bad year for me. Friends have died very unexpectedly, I’ve had one life-threatening injury (hit and run), and a serious accident where I could have lost some fingers, 9/11, my father’s death one month later and now I’m unemployed.
